Terms and conditions included in the present legal advice govern the use and access of the Internet Web Site (www.conferenciapropiedadintelectual.es), hereinafter referred to as “the Web site”, which is owned by Red.es, public business entity submitted to Secretary of State for Telecommunications and to Information Society for Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce, which has its registered address in Plaza Manuel Gomez Moreno s/n, Edificio Bronce, 28020 Madrid and Tax Identification number (NIF) Q-2891006-E, constituted under Sixth Additional Provision of Law 11/1998 of April, 24, Directorate General of Telecommunications, drawn up on the basis of article 55 of Law 14/2000, of December, 29, on Fiscal, Administrative and Social Measures, specifically declared effective by Single Derogative Provision of Law 32/2003 of November, 3, General of Telecommunications.
The use or access to this Web site implies knowledge and full acceptance of the most current version of these terms and conditions, without prejudice to particular conditions applicable to concrete services of the Web site. In this case, the use of such services will imply the acceptance of applicable particular conditions.
Intellectual and industrial property of the Web

Data protection
Red.es hereby informs the User of the existence of an automated file created and under the responsibility of Red.es, containing the personal data provided by the User during navigation through the Web site.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection of December 13, Red.es undertakes to comply with its secrecy obligations with regard to the personal data, to conserve such personal data and to adopt the necessary measures to prevent such data from being altered, lost, and processed or its unauthorised access.

“Cookies”
